Menu: Meat, vegetables and drinks

Meat: The grill is our specialty and we only use the best beef cuts in the Argentinian/Uruguayan style:

  • Ribs: Pieces of 6 to 9 Kg (13 to 19 lbs). Slowly grilled veal ribs (cross style grill also available).
  • Flank-In: another classic cut from Uruguay and Argentina. Boneless meat. Juicy and tender, done as you please.
  • Hanger Steak (Skirt): an extremely tasty cut, always a delight.
  • Rump Cap (Picanha): delicious meat that has an attractive coat of fat that results in a very tasty experience.
  • Creole sausage (chorizo): gently seasoned sausage with pork and veal.
  • Morcilla (blood sausage): typical spicy onion sausage.
  • Crunchy gizzards with lemon: "The meat paté". We make them very crunchy and seasoned with pepper and lemon. A true delicacy!

Recommended Specialties

  • Ribs and Flank-In Cross Style: Pieces that weigh on average 7 to 9 kgs (15 to 19 lbs). Cooked in live flame, nailed in a stake or cross for about 5 to 6 hours, giving the meat an extraordinary flavour.

Vegetables: As in any good table, we accompany our meat with great vegetable side dishes. Vegetarians and vegans can also enjoy our varied veggie grill.

  • Potatoes and sweet potatoes
  • Calçots: typical grilled green onions
  • Stuffed peppers with egg and mozzarella
  • Stuffed tomatoes with Roquefort cheese
  • Ember roasted pumpkins
  • Vegetable brochette: tomato, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, red and green peppers.
  • Artichokes

Other side dishes or entrees:

Provolone cheese: is a great melting Italian cheese. We serve it in a clay pot seasoned with oregano and extra virgin olive oil.

Creole pies (empanadas): A variety of delicious homemade empanadas:

  • Beef, onion, hardboiled egg and olives. Seasoned with paprika and other spices that give them an extraordinary flavour.
  • Ham and cheese.
  • Spinach, goat's cheese and walnuts.
  • Ground corn, stuffed with corn, onion, red pepper and béchamel.
  • Caprese, with mozzarella, tomato and basil.

Drinks: We offer our clients drinks service during the meal and an open bar for weddings, parties, etc.

Grilled pizzas: Delicious pizzas with a rich crunchy crust and a variety of flavors.

Artisan pizzas made with argentinian / uruguayan technique. We make them with oak firewood and serve them on wooden boards. In countries like Uruguay and Argentina they are usually prepared using this technique and we guarantee it: the result is exceptional!

Ideal menu for parties and meetings because it is tasty and widely accepted. It can be a simple pizza or a gourmet pizza (with smoked salmon and brie cheese, for example). There is an inexhaustible variety of combinations. It gives us satisfaction to make something homemade that, in addition, goes with the Argentine and Uruguayan tradition of lighting the fire and using the grill.
